Sunday Positivity #20

I’ve given this week the title “holiday” and I’ve been busy trying to spend time with as many friends as possible before I travel home to Norway. I only have one quick week left in London before I go away for a very long time so I’m trying to enjoy it as much as possible, and I’ve definitely succeeded at it. I’m all smiles this Sunday.

Ukens takknemlige tanke:

//Something I was grateful for this week:

I’m grateful for the company of badass women.

Three lovely things that happened this week:

  • This week I’ve been spending time with so many cool and inspiring women who are all kicking ass in what they do. It’s been so much fun, lovely and motivational to hang out with them. I love watching other women doing well, and it’s really inspired me to work hard on my own stuff as well. Great chats with cool women are my favourite thing.
  • Herman and I haven’t been together that much lately, so yesterday we thought it was about time we had a proper day out together. We got breakfast from Whole Foods, iced lattes at Gail’s, and walked to the Regent’s Park for a picnic in the sun. It was the nicest day I’ve had in a long while.
  • I vlogged this week! My friend Evana and I had the funniest day out together this week, and even though I’m an absolute amateur at vlogging, I still managed to do a sort of vlog. The video will be out next week!

Something I want to do to make next week even better:

Exercise! Now that my semester is over and my Volley-ball team is on summer break I haven’t done proper exercise in weeks. I’ve been walking loads, but some jogging and strength exercise would be great.

  1. So glad to hear that you’re doing well! I’ve been away from the blogosphere, trying to finish up undergrad, but I’ve loved keeping up via Instagram! // Yesssss @ women supporting women! I experienced an especially great amount of it during the last week of college. So proud to see everyone doing so well and achieving so much, and so fun to celebrate! // A picnic–so wholesome! Love it! <3 I'll definitely need to plan more picnics this summer // I didn't know that you did volleyball! I swam competitively from 6th grade through freshman year of college. I really miss training, though I don't miss competitions all that much (for most people it's the other way around!). Since quitting swimming, I haven't done much exercise, though I have gone through phases of getting obsessed with a certain kind of exercise. During my last few months of college, I got into aerial silks! Anyways, since I don't exercise all that much anymore, I try to walk whenever and wherever I can. Which isn't that difficult since I'm a college student without a car 😛 Sometimes I spice it up by power walking *fancy* -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
