  • Does anyone have any tips on how to force yourself to do work when you really don’t want to? I could win a gold medal in procrastination cus I’m so good at it 🙃 today I’ve set the whole day aside to ~get shit done~ but so far the only thing getting finished is @allegrashaw’s vlogs lol
  • I’m just gazing into the future and praying that there’s a fun, creative job for me out there with a stable income and nice colleagues 🤔 hire me, my LinkedIn is fire! 🤠
  • @best.dressed have been flaunting these gorgeous earrings in her videos for months now and basically bullied me into busting my budget to get them cus I absolutely needed them in my life. However!! I put them on my Christmas wish list not really thinking I would get them because you have to order them ~all the way~ from America. But then my dad and stepmom got them for me so now I’ve got the prettiest earrings in the whole wide world 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I love them look how gorguz they are thanku dad and Sølvi 😭😭 #mejuri #mejuristyle #jewellerypieces
  • This might look like the exact same photo just cropped differently and posted twice but they are in fact (slightly) different! 🤪😎 I just wanted to post something to wish you all a lovely remainder of this Christmas season, and a happy new year! 🌟🌟 I also wanted to remind you that I have a new vlog up on YouTube and I’d love to know what you think of it 💗🎄 📸: @zillebooks
  • London is truly magical at Christmas. I’m so lucky to be able to experience the decorated city streets and shop windows in this beautiful city for the third time in a row ✨🎄 It’s been a pleasure also this time around, but now I’m ready to go home to Northern Norway and what feels like real Christmas to me: my family, traditional Norwegian Christmas dinner (and dessert), and absolute freezing temperatures (which means the possibility of snow) ❄️ See ya in 2019, London!🎄🌟❣️
  • Herman told me last night that he had set the alarm for 7am, which I thought was ridiculously early for a Sunday morning. Then when he woke up today he asked me if I wanted to get up as well, but I said “no, wake me up with coffee in bed a little later”. 9am he came in with bagel with avocado and my coffee just the way I like it (medium roast with cocoa and subtle spice, steamed soy milk and a dash of honey) ☕️ sometimes a lil direct use of the law of attraction and a loving boyfriend is what it takes to have the perfect Sunday morning 🌻🌻 I hope you have a lovely day 😚
  • A lovely quote I read the other day: "Your soul is attracted to people the same way flowers are attracted to the sun. Surround yourself with the ones that want to see you grow." 🌸🌿🌺.

I've spent the past month pouring my love and energy into my friendships. Meeting friends I haven't seen in forever (which is the most wonderful thing) and giving more time to those that only see me when I'm rushing around in a busy everyday life. I'm so grateful for the people I have in my life and the moments I get to share with them. Being able to focus on the people around me is a luxury I don't take for granted, and now that deadlines are approaching and my studies are craving more of my time, I feel even more grateful for the breaks in between for the people I love.

A lil reminder: However busy you are this week, make some time for a friend. Even if you think you're way too busy, phone up a friend on your way home from work/school/Uni. Friends are important 💐
  • I’m posting this summery photo that I took this July in Amsterdam because I wanted to tell you (in case you haven’t seen all the spam in my stories) that I have a new vlog out! 🌻🌻 I worked super hard on it and I’m really proud of how it came out. I feel like I’m slowly getting better at being myself in front of the camera, which feels good, and I’m having so much fun editing as well. If only I didn’t have all this work with Uni and my job then I could spend even more time on videos, because I have sooo many ideas I want to bring to life. We’ll see, hopefully I can make a new video in a few weeks 🌟 But for now, what do you think of my new Amsterdam vlog? Please be honest, I’d love your feedback 💗💗 (link in bio of course) #meandotherstories

What better than a Norwegian version of the super important book by @oteghauwagba for working women? ‘Liten Svart Bok’ (Originally Little Black Book) is a must-read for every woman, both women like me who have just dipped their toes in the water of working life, and for women who have maneuvred their career for years already. .

  • She still doesn’t know how to pose, she’s still spending too much money on coffee and she’s STILL constantly stressed out and overwhelmed - but!! She’s back in London and veryvery happy about it! Also she’s speaking about herself in the third person, that’s apparently a thing now¿ Soz I’m just happy it’s Halloween month, a fresh start with a new semester at Uni, and that I’ve finally sorted out my bedroom properly - it now comes with a desk and a 30-pack of candles 🍂😎🍁🌻🥨🍯☕️ (ps look at my pink socks I love them they’re so cute)
  • «I'm dancing around the room, spinning around the salon table as Taylor is singing «I'm dancing on my own, I make the moves up as I go.» I feel that type of deep, fuzzy happiness in my chest that only comes on late nights as alcohol is surging through my body.»

I just posted a blog post I’ve spent the past three months writing. I’ve saved over thirty drafts of it, never feeling like it’s good enough. But now I just decided to post it, because it’s no good writing if you’re leaving it unfinished. I hope you enjoy reading the messy thoughts and feelings of a 21-year-old who’s just figuring it all out as she goes along ✨
  • The past few months I've felt a real drop in my self-esteem when it comes to how I look. Maybe it's because I've been thrown into new and strange surroundings, and I’ve had a lot of time alone with my thoughts. I guess these periods of self-doubt happens sometimes. And honestly, it feels like shit, especially because I've been working so hard towards self-love and finally felt like I was getting there. Then suddenly - a huge step back. I've tried pep-talking myself, looking in the mirror and saying "I am beautiful, I am enough". I've tried not to worry about it at all, just reminding myself that looks are not important and that I shouldn't subscribe to 'beauty standards' or pressure from the society. But sometimes that isn't enough, and a lot of days I've just felt like pure shite. I've opened up a bit to friends and they say; "but you're gorgeous, what are you talking about??" but then that doesn't help either, because how I look is not really the problem, it's how I FEEL about myself. And those feelings haven't been kind. I haven't really figured out how to get out of this bad mindset, but I'm working on it. However, one thing I found that actually worked for a bit was buying a pair of new trousers. Putting on a new outfit was such a confidence boost, which is kind of sad because shopping shouldn't be used as a band-aid for poor self-esteem. But then again, sometimes it's nice to make a change from the outside that might help push a change from the inside. One thing is for sure, it felt SO good to walk around that day and feel on top of the world because of a banging outfit 🌻🌟🌈💞
